My Story
Hello, I'm Omar Chin. I'm a husband, father of two, business professional, and a stock market educator. I graduated of Florida A&M University with my MBA, I have over 10 years of experience with the stock market, and it has served my family very well. Over the years, I would inform friends of certain market plays that I found appealing, different investing strategies I learned, and how they can participate too. While giving introductory lessons about the stock market to various people, it dawned on me that I should help more people understand this area. That drove me to create the Grow Your Wallet course.
My WHY
Helping people is my WHY. I get a lot of joy and satisfaction knowing that people are gaining the skills needed to take control of their financial future. The pandemic has shown people that our lives can change in an instant and if people are not ready then life can get very tricky. There is a special glimmer in a person's eyes when they've learned something. That glimmer and hearing someone say "This makes sense now" motivates me each day to keep educating people.
My Vision
I envision a cultural shift where people are using the information gained from Grow Your Wallet to enhance their lives. I am here for the beginners. This is where the beginners can come and grow their knowledge by understanding what the stock market is, how to analyze companies, break down charts, and continue learning other fun and exciting ways to make money. This course does not exclude people if they do not have $100,000 of free money to play with. I want people of all risk tolerances and experience levels to grow and succeed.
